Initial Session
Our first session will focus on your relationship with food and what led to you reaching out for nutrition counseling. We will explore any pertinent medical history, eating patterns, and routines then identify your goals for nutrition counseling.
The initial session is 60 minutes -
Follow-Up Sessions
During our weekly sessions, we collaborate to review your goals and create an attainable action plan individualized for your unique needs. We’ll work together to overcome barriers, refine plans as needed, and celebrate victories along the way.
Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes -
Meal Support
Meal Support sessions are designed to provide compassionate support, ease anxiety, guide meal choices, and utilize coping mechanisms + grounding techniques, as well as reinforce mindful practices + intuitive eating, if applicable.

Grocery + Meal Planning
Individual grocery shopping assistance and Meal/Grocery planning is available to reduce anxiety associated with food shopping and to better meet your individual needs during trips to the store.

Recovery Coaching/Support
Recovery is not a linear process. We offer sessions that provide a space to check-in, receive additional support during recovery/post-recovery, and help maintain your recovery goals.

Cooking Lessons
These cooking lessons are designed to build confidence in the kitchen. Learn how to prepare simple and nourishing snacks and meals while incorporating gentle nutrition. All skills are welcome.
