What if my insurance doesn't cover nutrition counseling?

Private Pay
If nutrition counseling isn't covered by your insurance plan, you can still work with me through private pay.
Initial Nutrition Session $200
60 minutes
Follow-Up Nutrition Session $100
30 minutes
Payment is due at the time of service; a credit or debit card is securely kept on file for appointments. Payments can also be made via Zelle or Venmo.

At Olive Branch Nutrition, I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality nutrition care, regardless of income or circumstances. Nutrition support should feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible, and cost shouldn't have to stand in the way of getting the care you deserve.
I offer a limited number of sliding-scale nutrition counseling appointments for individuals experiencing financial barriers to care.
Sliding-scale appointments are offered at reduced rates based on what is financially manageable for you. No proof of income is required.
